- Exterior glass, or named interior glass when interior work is quoted
- Screen handling only when the written scope names it
- Basic sill and track attention only when the written scope names it
Screens, sills, and tracks appear only when the written scope names them. Nothing is assumed to be included.
Not included
- Pressure washing, gutters, roofs, and repairs
- Hard-water or mineral-deposit restoration
- Paint, construction, or adhesive residue removal
- Anything not written into the accepted scope
